Description

We The People was founded in the belief that no one should be afraid to do the right thing and that the Internet offers the most promising way forward for the future of citizenship. This is what we work for, every day. Join us in Hong Kong to understand what it means to give over 4.6 billion people a voice.

At 3:00pm, a special screening of 'Black Code' will take place. This documentary examines how governments are manipulating the Internet to control their citizens.

But wait, there's more

Explore the stories of 15 big, bold and brave activists who died for their cause. This provocative series will showcase activists from across the world powerfully illustrated using digital art.

What The Fact?!

This event is free and open to the public. While most of the event will run from 2pm to 6pm Hong Kong local time, the documentary will only be screened at 3pm Hong Kong local time.
